Human Rights Charter
We pledge as follows to practice human rights management where rights and values of all people, including executives, employees,
and stakeholders, are equally respected in the course of business activities.
We hereby comply with [UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs)],
[UN Global Compact (UNGC) Ten Principles] and other human right and labour-related international standards and guidelines based on the spirit of the UN Declaration of Human Rights.
Prohibition of Discrimination
We do not discriminate on any grounds, such as gender, race, nationality, ethnicity, or religion.
Prohibition of Harassment/Sexual Harassment
We do not use position, relationshpi, etc., in the workplace to harass, sexually harass, or use abusive language.
Working Time Compliance
We comply with legal working hours and reasponable wages for each country of business.
Respect for Human Rights
We respect the individual human rights and we do not violate human rights.
Freedom of Association
We guarantee the freedom of association and collective bargaining to all executives and employees under the National Labor Relations Act.
Prohibition of Child Labour
We prohibit child labour in principle and we make sure that child's educational oppertunities are not limited by labor.
Prohibition of Forced Labour
We do not force labour that suppresses physical or mental freedom, such as assault, intimidation, confinemenet, etc.
Gurantee of Safety
We gurantee a safe working environment for employees and we take measures and follow-up management to prevent hazard.
Human Rights Protection
We protect the safety and rights of local residents and we do our best to protect the human rights and information of customers.
